Introducing Couch to 10K, a progressive training program created to guide you step-by-step towards running a successful 10-kilometer race.

Whether you’re a beginner or someone returning to fitness, this program focuses on structured improvement — helping you build stamina, pace, and confidence. You don’t need prior running experience; all you need is the willingness to start. Through a balanced mix of warm-ups, endurance building, breathing techniques, and cool-downs, you will gradually transition from walking to jogging, and finally to running a complete 10K distance.

The training will be conducted every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, led by our Race Director — an expert who will guide you through every stage of your journey.

With consistent weekly sessions, performance tracking, and real-time feedback, you will learn to run smart, avoid injuries, and stay motivated. You will also train alongside a community of fellow runners who push, support, and inspire one another. Together, we’ll make sure you show up at the starting line confident — and cross the finish line with pride.
